REGISTRATION FOR SPRING 2026 LEARN-TO-SKATE PROGRAMS OPEN!

Spring is here, and it’s the perfect time to get your skater on the ice! Designed for beginners and developing skaters alike, our Skate Canada–sanctioned programs focus on skill development in a safe, supportive setting.

PreCanSkate (ages 3–5)

Thursdays
4:15 PM – 4:45 PM (Apr 16 – Jun 11; 9 × 30-min classes)
4:45 PM – 5:15 PM (Apr 16 – Jun 11; 9 × 30-min classes)

Sundays
2:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Apr 12 – Jun 14; 8 × 30-min classes; no classes May 3 & 17)
2:30 PM – 3:00 PM (Apr 12 – Jun 14; 8 × 30-min classes; no classes May 3 & 17)
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM (Apr 12 – Jun 14; 8 × 30-min classes; no classes May 3 & 17)

CanSkate (ages 5+)

Please Note

All skaters must be registered with Skate Canada prior to taking to the ice. The annual membership fee for the 2025–2026 season is $61.65. Membership and insurance are valid from September 1 to August 31 and will be automatically applied if not already paid. If your child already skated with us in either Fall 2025 or Winter 2026 session, there will be no additional Skate Canada fees for the spring session.

Participants must also have an active CRCA (Chestermere Recreation Community Association) membership.

  • Individual membership: $64

  • Family membership: $92.50 + GST

Each family member receives a unique membership number. Please ensure your CRCA number is updated or provided at registration. CRCA membership benefits include free public skating, shinny hockey times, discounts on recreation programs, and room rentals.

If registering after the session has begun, program fees will be pro-rated based on the number of classes remaining.
